Sr. Business Development Manager (US Staffing) (India - Remote)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will focus on business development activities to grow our MSP client base. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proven track record in business development, and an understanding of the staffing industry. Candidate MUST have experience working for US-based Staffing companies and a proven track record of acquiring new MSP accounts.

Stage 4 Solutions, Inc. accelerates agility by providing rapid access to experienced resources. We specialize in serving Fortune 500 and emerging leaders by providing seasoned marketing, IT and operations professionals for both short-term and long-term needs across high tech, aerospace/defense, healthcare and government entities.

This role reports to the VP of Marketing based in the US.

This is a full-time, 40 hour per week role, based in India . MUST work US business hours (EST/CST/MST/PST).

Responsibilities:

  • Learn Stage 4 Solutions' services, processes, and systems.
  • Build target list of Contingent Workforce leaders in Fortune 5000 companies and MSP Providers such as Magnit Global, AgileOne, Kelly, etc.)
  • Execute business development activities utilizing cold/warm calling, email outreach, and social media (LinkedIn) to qualify leads and set appointments.
  • Meet activity (call, email, etc.) and appointment setting goals.
  • Provide regular reports and status updates on progress.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development in US-based Staffing companies, reporting to a US-based manager.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Attention to detail, process-oriented, drive to succeed with a positive attitude
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Hubspot preferred)
  • Bachelors degree, Masters preferred
