PROKKON Construction Material Company, with a 20-year history, specializes in manufacturing electrical products such as retail accessories, modular boxes, UPVC conduits, distribution boards, and more. Under the leadership of Mr. Rachit Jain (Director), the company operates 03 factories working round-the-clock and achieved over INR 39+ crores in revenue last year. Despite this growth, PROKKON holds on to its humble roots, still operating from its original office building in sector-10 Noida, and other MDs private office at south delhi.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant, located in sector-10 noida and also at South Delhi.

The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, preparing MIS reports, giving executive support, and conducting general administrative tasks. Regular travel across NCR with MD for Meetings / client relations. Duties also include managing communication, scheduling meetings, and ensuring the smooth running of daily work life of MD.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance,
  • travem across NCR for meetings etc
  • Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience in preparing Expense Reports
  • Proficiency in Executive Support
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Prior experience as an executive assistant or similar role is a plus
