Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all trade finance operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and banking standards.- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to facilitate trade transactions and resolve issues.- Review and approve banking entries and ensure accurate reconciliation of bank statements.- Allocate tasks to team members and implement effective review mechanisms to ensure accuracy and efficiency.- Analyze and report on foreign currency transactions and their impact on financial performance.- Conduct regular analysis of finance costs, bank charges, and interest rates to optimize trade finance operations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the organization’s trade finance initiatives.- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting trade finance and banking operations.- Develop and implement trade finance strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, vendors, and internal departments.- Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in trade finance processes.- Identify and mitigate risks associated with trade finance transactions.- Ensure timely processing of trade finance documentation, including letters of credit, guarantees, and other related instruments.

Educational Qualifications:

- M.Com, M.B.A (Finance), CA, CMA

Required Skill Sets:

- Banking Expertise: Strong understanding of banking-related issues.- Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge of banking entries, bank reconciliation (BRS), work allocation, and review mechanisms.- Foreign Currency Transactions: Proficiency in managing foreign currency transactions.- Loan Management: In-depth knowledge of loans and foreign currency-related transactions.- MIS Reporting: Expertise in MIS reporting, including finance cost analysis, bank charge analysis, and interest analysis.- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in trade finance or related domain.- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong team player.
