ey Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns aimed at converting eCommerce leads into paying customers.
  • Create and manage lead nurturing workflows through email, paid ads, retargeting, and other digital channels.
  • Analyze sales funnels and customer journey data to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure smooth handoff and consistent messaging.
  • Use CRM tools to track, manage, and report on lead conversion metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and eCommerce trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales marketing role, specifically within eCommerce environments.
  • Demonstrated success in converting eCommerce leads into customers through strategic marketing efforts.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., email marketing, paid media, CRM platforms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide decisions.
  • Comfortable working remotely and available to work during UK business hours.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
