Job role : Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Associate fluent in English to drive our sales and marketing initiatives at Innovative Cursor. The ideal candidate will excel in managing Facebook and Google Ads, bring prior sales and marketing experience, and have a reliable home setup with a strong internet connection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to generate leads and boost sales.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services effectively.
  • Engage with potential clients to build strong relationships and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and enhance outreach efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaigns and follow up with prospects promptly.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of SEO
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on Facebook and Google Ads.
  • Strong skills in creating and managing digital ad campaigns.
  • Prior experience in sales and marketing (at least 2 years preferred).
  • Must be located in India with a reliable home setup (computer and high-speed internet connection).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of ₹20,000 per month.
  • Flexible work-from-home environment.
  • 5 days working (Monday to Friday)
