About the team: The Central grocery team’s mission is to monitor, track and improve the performance of partners while improving the overall app experience for the customers. This will involve building and tracking the full picture of the food business from the partner perspective, uphold the experience bar for them, provide actionable insights, formulate problems and contribute to solving them. As part of this team, you will be a core team member fulfilling this mission. You will be working with partner, commercial, product, and operations teams across the region, leveraging modern analysis and visualization tools to solve the region’s day-to-day problems. What you will do: Act as the central point of visibility for operations and business performance across functions Drive business growth and operational excellence through proactive monitoring of the end-to-end funnel. Identify bottlenecks, risks, and growth opportunities using data, analytics, and control tower tools. Design and run experiments to test interventions and measure their impact on efficiency and growth. Help design, document, and maintain processes to ensure seamless business execution. Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, marketplace, and operations teams to support feature rollouts and issue resolution. Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership. Define, monitor, and continuously improve key business metrics intraday while highlighting untapped opportunities for improvement. What you will need: 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations, control tower, business analytics, or product ops. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Detail-oriented with high accuracy in execution and reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel, with hands-on experience in SQL and Python for deep data analysis. Experience with visualization tools (e.G., Tableau, Power BI) to build monitoring dashboards. Previous experience in a high-growth environment / tech start-up preferred. Comfort working with large data sets and operational dashboards. Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and act as the central coordinator to resolve issues quickly. Experience in q commerce/ tech industry or product operations is a plus.
