Business Insights Analyst Role As a detail-oriented and analytical Business Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in our data-driven decision-making process. You will collect, process, and analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize business operations. Business Analysis: Gather and clean data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support informed business decisions.Performance Optimization: Develop actionable insights using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and drive business growth through strategic recommendations.Documentation and A/B Testing: Create and maintain documentation for data models, processes, and reports, and assist in A/B testing and other statistical analysis to provide critical business insights.Continuous Improvement: Monitor performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and make recommendations to optimize business operations and drive sustainable growth. Requirements:Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel, and experience working with data visualization software.Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
