About the CompanyThe Data Insights Analyst leverages advanced analytical techniques to transform complex data into actionable business insights. This role partners closely with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.About the RoleThis role involves gathering, cleaning, and integrating data from diverse sources to ensure high data quality and conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and root causes.Responsibilities- Gather, clean, and integrate data from diverse sources to ensure high data quality. - Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and root causes. - Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations. - Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations for various business units. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and deliver tailored insights. - Present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, adapting communication style as needed. - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation using data-driven approaches. - Ensure data governance, accuracy, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. - Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar insights-driven role. - Experience in developing business insights and presenting to senior stakeholders is highly desirable.Required Skills- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). - Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and predictive analytics. - Experience with data tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) preferred. - Ability to work with large, complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.Preferred Skills- Effective Communication: Able to clearly articulate complex data findings and recommendations to diverse audiences. - Collaboration & Teamwork: Works well in cross-functional teams, values diverse perspectives, and builds strong working relationships. - Problem-Solving: Demonstrates critical thinking and creativity in addressing business challenges. - Initiative & Ownership: Proactively identifies opportunities, takes accountability for deliverables, and drives projects to completion. - Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment and quickly adapts to new tools and business needs. - Stakeholder Management: Builds trust with stakeholders, understands their needs, and delivers value-added insights. - Leadership: Mentors peers, leads by example, and contributes to a positive, high-performance team culture. - Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrates self-awareness, empathy, and resilience in interactions with colleagues and stakeholders.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
