Job DescriptionRole Purpose

La posición tendrá como misión principal, liderar el crecimiento del negocio, siendo un motor de desarrollo a través del la fuerza de venta, con una mirada experta y bottom up del negocio, generando un diseño de la estrategia comercial, e implementación de un plan para la captación, fidelización y conversión, con la finalidad de impulsar un crecimiento sostenido, creando una excepcional experiencia a los clientes.

Estamos buscando un Head of Sales & Marketing altamente motivado y experimentado para liderar nuestro equipo de ventas y marketing en una empresa de Software de Optimización de Inventario en crecimiento. El candidato ideal será responsable de desarrollar estrategias comerciales, gestionar relaciones con clientes clave y alcanzar los objetivos de ventas establecidos. Esta posición requiere una combinación de habilidades estratégicas, liderazgo y una profunda comprensión del mercado de software.

Main responsibilities

Desarrollo de Estrategias de venta y marketing:

Diseñar e implementar estrategias de ventas y marketing alineadas con los objetivos de la empresa.

Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y mercados potenciales.

Analizar las tendencias del mercado y la competencia para ajustar las estrategias comerciales.

Gestión de Ventas:

Liderar y supervisar al equipo de ventas para alcanzar y superar las metas de ventas.

Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes clave y socios estratégicos.

Coordinar con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar campañas de ventas efectivas.

Negociación y Cierre de Ventas:

Participar en negociaciones de contratos y asegurar el cierre exitoso de acuerdos comerciales.

Preparar y presentar propuestas comerciales y presentaciones a clientes potenciales.

Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente y gestionar cualquier problema o preocupación que pueda surgir.

Gestión de Equipo:

Contratar, entrenar y desarrollar al equipo de ventas.

Realizar evaluaciones de desempeño y proporcionar retroalimentación constructiva.

Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo positivo y motivador.

Análisis y Reportes:

Monitorear y analizar los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) de ventas.

Preparar informes periódicos sobre el rendimiento de ventas y presentar los resultados a la alta dirección.

Proponer mejoras basadas en el análisis de datos y feedback del cliente.

Definir y supervisar la ejecución del plan general de ventas por categoría de servicio y canal, en base a objetivos internos y tasa de crecimiento esperada, y el plan de marketing que lo respalda.

Optimización del Embudo de Ventas:

Analizar y optimizar el embudo de ventas, desde la generación de leads hasta la conversión y retención de clientes.

Utilizar herramientas de análisis y seguimiento para medir el rendimiento de las campañas y realizar ajustes estratégicos según los datos obtenidos.

Implementar pruebas A/B y otras técnicas de optimización para mejorar continuamente las tasas de conversión y la eficacia del marketing.

Marketing de Contenido y SEO:

Dirigir la estrategia de marketing de contenido, creando contenido relevante y atractivo que resuene con la audiencia objetivo y posicione a la empresa como líder del sector.

Optimizar el contenido para mejorar el posicionamiento en los motores de búsqueda (SEO), aumentar el tráfico orgánico y fortalecer la presencia online de la empresa.

Colaborar con escritores, diseñadores y otros profesionales creativos para producir material de alta calidad que impulse el compromiso y la conversión.

Requisitos

Professional Skills

Profesional Ingeniero Comercial y/o Ingeniero Civil o afines

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.

Desde 10 años de experiencia profesional en gestión de equipos comerciales y áreas de venta

Conocimientos de Analytics, Funnels Conversión, Optimización de la conversión, Atribución y Marketing Digital.

Fuerte liderazgo con equipos directos e indirectos.

Visión a corto y largo plazo: capacidad para desarrollar estrategias mientras se entrega valor de manera continua.

Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en da

Excel Avanzado

CRM

RequirementsExperiencia manteniedo relaciones comerciales con clientes de alta gerencia en industrias financieras o banca. Al menos 5 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados y cerrando negocios de gran envergadura. Si has trabajado en tegnología es un plus.
