You will bepaired with a dedicated Talent Acquisition Executiveand work as a unified team that manages everything from thefirst conversation to sustained account growth . Your focus is fairly simple: Bring the right clients Understand their hiring needs Position GoodSpace as a trusted solution You set the expectation — your TA partner delivers the outcomes. What You’ll Own Lead client relationshipsfrom first outreach to a long-term renewal Identify, pitch and close new businessfor us Collaborate with your TA partner to deliverhigh-quality hires with speed Maintain astrong pipeline & a clean, data-backed CRM Understand insights toupsell, retain & expand accounts RepresentGoodSpace.aias apolished, modern face of intelligent hiring What You Bring 1 to 3 yearsin B2B sales, SaaS, HRTech or recruitment business development Strong closing abilitywith very clear and structured communication Confidencewhile presenting to founders, HR Leaders, CXOs etc. Ametrics-first approach— Conversions, pipeline health, revenue Comfort working infast-paced, high-growth environments Bonus Points Experience sellingHRTech, SaaS, or recruitment services Exposure toaccount-based salesor recurring revenue models Knowledge of howhiring cycles and talent pipelineswork What’s In It For You Work directly with your TA counterpart tobuild and grow recurring accounts Own your accounts like your own business— every rupee earned isyour win Rapid career growth— from account owner to pod lead to business manager Competitive base + aggressive performance incentives Be part of ahigh-energy, no-excuses teamreshaping how India hires
