Job Title: Business Development Manager-Domestic StaffingExperience: 5+ YearsLocation: Magarpatta, Pune (Onsite)Desired Candidate Profile:- 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development within the Staffing/Recruitment industry.- Strong networking, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.- Prior experience in client acquisition, talent acquisition coordination, and team handling.- Excellent communication & presentation skills with a proven record of closing deals.- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and lead a team.- Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and proactive in achieving business goals.Key Responsibilities :- Acquire & onboard new clients (Domestic & US staffing).- Drive business development & strengthen client relationships.- Support recruitment teams in timely talent delivery.- Lead and manage a team of recruiters/BD executives.- Generate leads via networking, references & business channels.- Deliver sales pitches, negotiate contracts & close deals.- Conduct market research to spot new opportunities.- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to business growth.
