Job Title: Business Development Manager-Domestic Staffing Experience: 5+ YearsLocation: Magarpatta, Pune (Onsite)Desired Candidate Profile:5+ years of proven experience in Business Development within the Staffing/Recruitment industry. Strong networking, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.Prior experience in client acquisition, talent acquisition coordination, and team handling.Excellent communication & presentation skills with a proven record of closing deals.Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and lead a team.Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and proactive in achieving business goals.Key Responsibilities :Acquire & onboard new clients (Domestic & US staffing).Drive business development & strengthen client relationships.Support recruitment teams in timely talent delivery.Lead and manage a team of recruiters/BD executives.Generate leads via networking, references & business channels.Deliver sales pitches, negotiate contracts & close deals.Conduct market research to spot new opportunities.Achieve revenue targets and contribute to business growth.
