This centre delivers mission critical data services to its global customers powered by its proprietary cloud-based technology platform and by leveraging proprietary business & consumer databases. Data Axle Pune is pleased to have achieved certification as a Great Place to Work Roles & Responsibilities: This position is responsible for processing, preparing, and assimilating customized data for inclusion in client and Company projects or products specific to sales requests. This position will modify data outputs as needed. We are looking for a Data Fulfillment Specialist who will be responsible for the following. Develop project design according to client requirements. Prepare output deliverables and data export, making modifications dependent on client requirements. Complete reporting for clients and list owners. Monitor and meet client service level agreements. Assist in identification and resolution of production related errors and escalate as required. Create required documentation for tracking. Document process for each project using flow charts or other methodology. Perform quality assurance checks on project outputs to ensure data integrity. Maintain and revise procedure lists and records. Maintain and update data tables. Monitor job progress to assure on time delivery working extra hours when needed to meet deadlines. Follow standard operating procedures for department. Qualifications Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent is required. 1 year of previous relevant work experience is required.
