About the Role

As a Senior Executive or Assistant Manager – Donor Reporting , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication with donors, efficient financial tracking, and meaningful volunteer engagement. This cross-functional position ensures transparency, accountability, and effectiveness in program delivery and impact storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Donor Reporting & Communication

  • Draft, review, and ensure high-quality donor progress reports, aligned with brand tone and reporting standards
  • Work closely with program teams to compile accurate, timely data and narratives showcasing program impact
  • Support donor communications and presentation preparation for reviews and updates

Financial Oversight & Budget Management

  • Review Utilization Certificates (UCs) and track expenses to ensure alignment with approved budgets
  • Create financial summaries and assist in internal reporting
  • Maintain and update financial trackers and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets

Volunteer Engagement & Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate volunteer activities in line with donor and program goals
  • Liaise with donors, program teams, and volunteers to ensure effective execution and documentation
  • Curate impact stories, visuals, and metrics for use in donor communications and reporting

What We're Looking For

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Development Studies, Social Work, Communications, Business, or a related field

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years in donor reporting, financial monitoring, program coordination or related roles in the nonprofit/social sector

Skills

  • Proficient in budget management, data handling, and financial documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset with a commitment to social impact
