Role Overview:

As a Fundraising Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the organization’s fundraising efforts by assisting in proposal writing, donor engagement, and maintaining effective communication with partners. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support fundraising campaigns and donor engagement activities.
- Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain donor databases and track fundraising progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams for information and project updates.
- Research potential funding opportunities and partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Development Studies, Social Work, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage data, prepare reports, and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of fundraising, donor relations, or non-profit work is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Data Analysis
