**Job Summary**:
**The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing utilization certificates and ensuring that funds are effectively used across Lighthouses.** This role requires strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure compliance and transparency in fund utilization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare and verify utilization certificates for donor funding.**:

- **Track and ensure funds are allocated and utilized appropriately across Lighthouses.**:

- Collaborate with finance and program teams to maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with donor financial reporting guidelines and requirements.
- Develop periodic reports on fund utilization for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in audits and financial reviews related to donor funding.
- Support donor communication by providing clear and structured financial data.
- Work closely with senior management to optimize financial resource allocation.

**Key Competencies & Skills**:

- **Financial Acumen**: Strong understanding of fund management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- **Analytical & Reporting Skills**: Ability to analyze financial data and present utilization insights effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring accuracy in financial records and compliance with donor guidelines.
- **Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple financial reporting deadlines.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Experience in donor financial relations and engagement.
- **Proficiency in MS Office & Financial Software**: Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and accounting tools.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactive approach to resolving financial discrepancies and reporting issues.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.**:

- **2-3 years of experience in financial management or fund utilization.**:

- Prior experience in NGOs, CSR funding, or social impact organizations is preferred.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based in Aundh, Pune.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
