We're seeking a motivated eCommerce Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in e-commerce, along with a deep understanding of online marketplace dynamics, digital marketing strategies, and consumer behavior. As an eCommerce Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to optimize clients' online sales and enhance their digital footprint.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategy Development: Customize e-commerce strategies to align with clients' objectives.
  • Marketplace Management: Enhance clients' presence on online platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify.
  • Digital Marketing: Execute campaigns across social media, email marketing, and SEO to boost traffic and conversions.
  • Content Optimization: Ensure product listings are engaging, informative, and optimized for search engines and user experience.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor metrics to assess strategy effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  • Customer Experience: Improve the online shopping experience to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay Updated: Remain abreast of industry trends and technologies to keep clients ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably in digital marketing or marketplace management.
  • Proven track record in driving online sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Experience with online marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools, including Google Analytics and advertising platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality work and meeting deadlines.
