What we’re looking for?We are seeking a Digital Expert Leader to spearhead our organization’s digital transformation by leveraging existing creative and production capabilities and building new-age digital and AI-driven skills in alignment with evolving industry standards.The role will focus on scaling digital production, marketing automation, and creative technology practices — ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends and client expectations, while strengthening delivery excellence, process maturity, and client relationships.Job SummaryThe Digital Expert Leader will be responsible for leading the organization’s digital growth agenda by integrating technology, creativity, and innovation across all production functions. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to elevate digital operations, optimize workflows, and enhance client experience through data, automation, and emerging tools.The position requires a proven leader with experience in digital production delivery (email, banner, UI/UX), client engagement, and process optimization. The individual will also oversee budgeting, resource planning, and capability development, ensuring sustainable growth and alignment with the organization’s long-term digital roadmap.Key Responsibilities:Strategic LeadershipDefine and execute the organization’s digital and AI capability roadmap, aligning it with creative, operational, and client needs.Champion innovation in content creation, marketing automation, and data-driven creative solutions.Partner with regional and global teams to integrate emerging tools, processes, and best practices.Delivery OperationsOversee end-to-end digital production delivery across email marketing, digital banners, UI/UX assets, and interactive content.Implement standardized workflows to ensure quality, efficiency, and brand consistency.Drive operational excellence by optimizing delivery timelines, accuracy, and output quality across production hubs.Collaborate closely with Creative, Technology, and QA teams to maintain seamless handovers and error-free executions.Process OptimizationReview and redesign workflows across creative and production teams for improved efficiency and scalability.Introduce automation, AI tools, and workflow management systems to enhance productivity and reduce rework.Establish measurable performance KPIs — including productivity, turnaround time, and error rates — supported by regular reviews and dashboards.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence through structured feedback and learning loops.Budget and Resource ManagementPlan and manage annual budgets for digital operations, covering tools, technology, people development, and vendor costs.Optimize team structures and resource utilization for cost-effectiveness and agility.Evaluate and manage partnerships with digital platforms, MarTech vendors, and creative technology providers.Forecast capacity and talent requirements aligned with project pipelines and capability growth goals.Growth and Business DevelopmentIdentify opportunities to expand digital and AI-led offerings across existing clients and new business prospects.Partner with Account and Business Development teams to soft-pitch new digital capabilities and lead case-study-based conversations.Contribute to proposal writing, thought leadership, and best practice sharing to strengthen market positioning.Track emerging trends in automation, personalization, and creative AI to keep the organization future-ready .Capability DevelopmentBuild digital and AI fluency across teams through structured learning, training, and hands-on projects.Lead skill development initiatives on tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Google Web Designer, Celtra, Figma, Adobe XD, and AI design platforms .Foster collaboration between creative, tech, and production functions for integrated, end-to-end digital delivery.Client Relationship Management:Act as the primary operational contact for AMS-based clients, ensuring service excellence.Collaborate with sales and account management teams to enhance client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.Develop trust-based relationships to promote long-term partnerships.OthersTechnical Proficiency: Aware of the latest industry trends, using AI and other tech-enabled tools to build efficiency and deliver with highest quality standardsExperience :Around 15 years of experience in the creative production industry or related fields such as media, entertainment, or advertising with a strong focus on global production and project managementProven track record in senior leadership positions managing cross functional teams.Skills :Deep expertise in:Email marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot)Banner production and automation platforms (Celtra, Flashtalking, Google Web Designer, HTML5)UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)AI and automation tools for creative generation and workflow optimization
