We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in backend frameworks, databases, and cloud infrastructure, along with a passion for solving complex problems. Developing and maintaining backend systems Ensuring performance, scalability, and security Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and Type Script Work with Mongo DB and Postgre SQL for schema design, data modeling, optimization, and migrations Deploy and manage applications on AWS within Linux/Unix environments Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments Collaborate with frontend developers (Next.js) and AI teams (Python-based solutions)Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and maintainability Follow security best practices to safeguard systems and data Contribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience ~2–3 years of experience with Node.js, Express.js, and Type Script ~ Proficiency with Mongo DB and Postgre SQL (schema design, optimization)~ Strong knowledge of AWS and Linux/Unix environments ~ Experience with authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC)~ Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD tools ~ Strong testing background (Jest, Mocha, Supertest)~ Knowledge of Python for backend scripting or AI/ML integrations (advantage)~ Exposure to frontend-backend integration with Next.js (plus)Ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced environments Opportunity to work on diverse projects across web, mobile, cloud, and AI Exposure to modern tools, technologies, and cloud-native practices Competitive compensation and benefits package #
