Our mission is to redefine how India learns — through innovation, excellence, and impact at scale. We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer (SDE III) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise in Golang or Python and a proven ability to build and scale large backend systems. This role offers the opportunity to own end-to-end backend architecture, contribute to product innovation, and mentor junior engineers within a fast-paced, impact-driven environment. Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Golang or Python. Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Product, Frontend, DevOps — to deliver seamless experiences. Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization. Mentor and guide junior engineers to improve technical depth and delivery quality. 4–7 years of professional experience in backend development. ~ Proficiency in Golang or Python (mandatory) — with experience in building large-scale applications. ~ Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other relational/NoSQL databases. ~ Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools. ~ Excellent understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. ~ Experience with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
