Client Servicing Manager

Job Location: South Delhi, Near Saket
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of existing as well as newly acquired accounts.
Define and initiate projects, schedule and performance of projects while working to ensure the ultimate success and acceptance of the Digital Strategy for the brand.
Managing client’s Google analytics for measuring incremental impact in unique visitors, page views and funnel analysis.
Successfully increasing client website visibility & traffic through Organic searches & SMO activities.
Maintaining day-to-day contact with internal team for SEM, SEO, SMO & Media Buying Campaigns.
Exceeding client’s expectation with high service & delivery quality.
Breaking down "client briefs" for the team.
Briefing the requirements and guidelines into clear actionable and providing possible solutions with content, creative & technical teams.
Working closely with clients + internal team to plan and implement all online marketing campaigns including digital campaign collaterals.
Track, analyze and summaries campaign results and progress.
Monitoring resource productivity periodically to ensure high team efficiency and better turnaround times for project completion.
Knowledge sharing with the internal team on the various innovations and campaigns that are being done across the industry.
Team grooming and process implementation to ensure productivity and efficiency in the team.
Resource allocation, billing, invoicing management, vendor coordination and tie ups to fulfill brand requirements.
Generating business from fresh clients through research and clientele. Also, creating, maintaining and enhancing relationships with all clients.
New Business Acquisition, instrumental in "Client Pitch & Acquisition" for high potential clients and continuously exploring new sales and marketing channels.
Competitor Benchmarking, Researching and Strategic Inputs for monthly reviews on brands, thus contributing ideas to grow clients’ business.
Monitoring the accounts throughout the life cycle for campaign performance, new business opportunities, client retention and nurturing.
To service accounts after sales, maintain relation with existing clients and generate business through renewals.
Desired Skills:
· Must have 2-3 years of experience in similar profile.
· Knowledge of Digital Marketing is must.
· Creative thinking, analytical and problem solving.
· Strong interpersonal and Communication Skills.
· Ability to collaborate effectively.
· Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.
· Sound business acumen, strategic skills and negotiation skills.
· Excellent Communication skills in English
· The ability to relate to people is critical to outstanding customer service.

· Artful Supervision and a Team Player.
· Should be a Therapists, psychologists, and counselors who must exhibit empathy to clients in need.
· Backbone of hiring process as to understand about the skills and qualifications that should be matched while selecting the future employee of the organization.
· Accountable for final quality, accuracy, schedule delivery & program goals.
· Subject matter expert in the field of a Digital Marketing Agency/ Hotel Industry.
· Effective people management to resolve conflicts between employees in a way that promotes collaboration and respect.
· Directing employees includes assigning tasks and establishing achievable goals. Set realistic deadlines that encourage progress.
· Knowing when to be flexible and when to act more firmly with direct team members.
· Effective Communication and people management skill that enables team members to work together in solving problems, brainstorming new ideas and adapting to new changes.
