Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our solar rooftop division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching solar solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers, and closing sales. The role involves direct customer interaction, site visits, and collaboration with the technical team to ensure successful installation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through market research, cold calls, networking, and field visits.
  • Meet with potential clients to assess their energy needs and provide customized solar rooftop solutions.
  • Present technical and financial aspects of the solar proposal including ROI, payback period, and savings.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and project management team for site surveys, proposals, and installations.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to the management.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure post-sale service satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with solar industry trends, competitor activities, and government policies or subsidies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales; solar or renewable energy experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
  • Basic technical understanding of solar PV systems is a plus.
