Overview The AdobeCampaign Classic Team Lead plays a crucial role in leading a teamto execute marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic.   • Lead and mentor ateam of Adobe Campaign Classic specialists to ensure successfulcampaign execution.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to develop and implement marketing campaignsaligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee theconfiguration deployment and optimization of Adobe Campaign Classicto deliver personalized and targeted marketingcommunications.
  • Develop and maintain campaignworkflows customer journeys and automation processes within AdobeCampaign Classic.
  • Analyze marketing data toderive insights and optimize campaign performance using AdobeCampaign Classic.
  • Ensure compliance withregulatory requirements and best practices in email marketing andcustomer data management.
  • Provide technicalexpertise and guidance in Adobe Campaign Classic to resolve complexcampaign execution issues.
  • Monitor and reporton the effectiveness of marketing campaigns identifyingopportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updatedwith industry trends and best practices in Adobe Campaign Classicand email marketing.
  • Collaborate withstakeholders to define campaign requirements and ensure seamlesscampaign execution.
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inMarketing Business or related field.
  • 3 years ofexperience in Adobe Campaign Classic implementation andmanagement.
  • Proven experience in teamleadership and mentorship in a marketing or digitalenvironment.
  • Deep understanding of emailmarketing principles and bestpractices.
  • Proficiency in SQL for datamanipulation and analysis within Adobe CampaignClassic.
  • Strong analytical skills with theability to derive insights from marketingdata.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams andstakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpacedand dynamic work environment managing multiple prioritieseffectively.
  • Certification in Adobe CampaignClassic is a plus.
  • Experience in customerengagement and lifecycle marketing ispreferred.
