Act as a Development lead point of contact for Digital Marketing Business Consultants and manage technical delivery for Adobe’s clients across businesses and domains o Primary responsibility is to develop Adobe Test & Target Campaigns for Site Optimization. This involves understanding business requirement, evaluating technical feasibility, offer coding, campaign creation, metrics and segments set-up and quality check & approvals. Requirements:

Self-starter - Organized and highly motivated o Fast learner, ability to learn new technologies/languages o JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, CSS/HTML, Web services/APIs, browser compatibility issues and solutions o Familiar with UI/UX and Mobile o Familiar with current W3C recommendations and their availability in common browsers o Familiar with dynamic web development, personalization, web analytics, website optimization is a plus o Experience with XML and DOM related technologies is a plus o Experience leading small team-members in formal or informal capacity o Experience in creating and/or implementing new processes, process improvement initiatives, standardization initiatives would be a plus o Knowledge of DOM manipulation and page load events a plus o Project Management skills a plus o Ability to develop creative solutions to problem
