Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven International Sales Professional to join our high-performing team in Chennai. This role involves exploring global markets, meeting high-potential clients, and driving international property sales. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with international travel and adept at building strong customer relationships across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and convert international sales opportunities for Casagrand projects
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and virtual/in-person site walkthroughs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and NRI investors
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
- Participate in international property expos, roadshows, and business development events
- Work closely with marketing teams to support international campaigns and lead generation initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in handling international clients or NRI sales is highly desirable
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and well-versed in global client expectations
- Willingness to travel internationally for client acquisition and business development
- Multilingual capabilities will be an added advantage
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
