Job Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and cold calls to pitch our services to potential clients.
- Effectively communicate and promote services such as:
Digital Marketing
Website Development
E-commerce Seller Account Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain call records, follow-ups, and update CRM.
- Stay updated about company services to confidently pitch to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand our services and pitch effectively.
- Prior knowledge in Digital Marketing, Web Development, or E-commerce is an advantage.
- Must own a laptop || .Company will provide a mobile phone for work use.
