Business Development Associate - Thanjavur Location Thanjavur Industry Education EdTech Experience 0-3 Years Languages Required Tamil English Employment Type Full-time Roles and Responsibilities 1 Lead Generation Sales Identify and engage with prospective students parents and educational institutions Promote course offerings and drive admissions through direct and indirect sales efforts 2 Partnerships Outreach Develop and maintain relationships with schools colleges and coaching centers Explore strategic partnerships to expand reach and enhance credibility 3 Market Research Analyze regional market trends competitors and student preferences Provide actionable insights to fine-tune business and marketing strategies 4 Counseling Conversion Offer personalized counseling to students and parents Support them through the course selection and enrollment process to ensure successful conversions 5 Revenue Achievement Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and enrollment targets Contribute directly to the organization s financial and strategic growth 6 Events Promotions Organize and attend education fairs workshops and community outreach events Boost brand presence and visibility through local initiatives 7 CRM Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads interactions and sales using CRM tools Provide regular reports and updates to the management team Requirements Master s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field 0-3 years of experience in Sales Business Development or Admissions preferably in EdTech or the Education sector Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in Tamil and English is a must Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and consistently hit targets Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
