Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Report Creation and Management –Analytics (Retail)
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of report creation, from data collection to analysis and presentation. You will lead a team of analysts and report writers, ensuring that reports are accurate, insightful, and delivered on time. 
Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to understand their reporting needs and translating those requirements into actionable insights. Additionally, you will implement and maintain systems for organizing and managing reports efficiently. 

Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing and delivering complex financial reports both internally and to our clients. 
• Interacting with stakeholders throughout the organization on Data Management Initiatives. 
• Producing a high volume of metrics, data, and detailed reports for the clients.
• Delivering consistent and timely talent acquisition reporting to the client’s team to help drive data-based decision making.
• Publishing reports to SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for end-user access.
• Creating reports and data extraction using toad SQL and Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Generated reports through mainframe and/or pc applications utilizing established applications and process to provide daily statistics.
• Assured compliance with required corporate standards, procedures, guidelines, and processes, including audits.
• Developing reports using data visualization tools such as QlikView/Qlik Sense/Tableau.
• Maintaining standard SLA reporting, including changes and updates including automation to standard reports.
• Identifying and quantifying trends for understanding, managing, and improving the production and operational performance.
• Analyzing & optimizing the Daily task reports and preparing weekly reports for the business team.
• Attending the weekly and monthly business meetings with the business teams and stakeholders.
• Owning business and team goals and driving team/process improvements to achieve them by any CI methodology.
• Developed standard project management report to track individual project tickets, providing a summary of time on task and billing hours. 
• Handling high level escalations and managing stakeholders’ expectations. 
• Monitoring team performance and making sure that any gaps in performance or quality are quickly identified and addressed. 
• Attending the weekly and monthly business meetings with the business teams and stakeholders. 

Qualifications we seek in you
Tools and Technology – Added advantage.
• Report Management tools, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Tableau, Power BI, QlikView/Qlik Sense.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Degree/Bachelors degree/Retail/Operations Management
• Prior retail Operations domain experience.
• Retail or any other industry specific Report management operation tools.

• Ability to ask right queries. 
• Ability to prioritize and organize own workload. 
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
