Role Summary
This role will lead teams of data and business analysts. The primary deliverables are MIS/reporting to manage business as usual, create insights using data to find opportunities to improve business operations and run data operations team to manage route optimization program for field associates. This role will be suitable for someone who has the experience of managing teams of data and business analysts and the aptitude to continuously find opportunities to harness technology and analytics to improve business

Job Requirements
Education
MBA, Masters in Statistics (Tier I schools only)
Relevant Experience
Minimum of 6 years of experience in analytics or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Must have worked with multiple stakeholders in Program management roles
Experience of AI/ML based project implementation will be preferred.
Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
Familiarity with data visualization best practices and tools. Worked with at least one of the BI tools (PowerBI, Excel, Looker etc)
Experience working with large datasets and using statistical analysis techniques.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is preferred.
Technical Know-how/Tools used
SQL, Excel, Python, R
Other Requirements
Passion for driving business results through analytics.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
High degree of organization and time management skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and drive a comprehensive data and reporting strategy to support the organization's business objectives.
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data infrastructure, systems, and tools are in place support efficient data collection, storage, and analysis.
Collect and analyze data from various sources, including internal systems, third-party tools, and market research, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization, promoting the use of analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Reporting and MIS
Create and maintain seamless data operations processes to deliver recurring reporting packages to run operations.
Collaborate with operations leaders to understand business processes and lead dashboard creation to help run operations.
Analytics
Use statistical tools to find business insights from data.
Effectively communicate complex analytical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations.
Responsible for managing data-related responses to requests from VPs and above including CXOs.
Program Management
The incumbent will be responsible to manage a team of routing analysts to optimize and create daily routes of field associates through a series of data operations.
Lead programs involving advanced analytics including AI/ML.
Good Communication and stakeholder management skills required
Governance & Compliance
Sensitive/Personal data should be handled per regional data privacy policies
