Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Executive Sales at Propji Realty Pvt. Ltd., located in Bengaluru. The Sr. Executive Sales will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing sales deals. The role involves preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Additionally, the Sr. Executive Sales will collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and will be required to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid understanding of the real estate market
- A related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
