POSITIONWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Capital Formation Team as a Junior Investor Relations and Fundraising Professional. In this role, the candidate will work closely with senior members of the Capital Formation Team to support various aspects of investor relations, fundraising, and capital formation activities and efforts.

Chennai/Hybrid

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing investor presentations, reports, and other materials for investor meetings and conferences.Conduct research on existing and potential investors to support investor targeting and relationship management.Help manage investor communications, including responding to investor inquiries and requests for information.Assist in organizing investor events, roadshows, and conferences.Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant financial and operational data for investor reporting purposes.Support the fundraising process, including drafting pitch decks, investment memorandums, and due diligence materials.Maintain investor databases and ensure accuracy of investor information.Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide insights for investor.

Background/ExperienceBachelor's or Higher Degree(s) in finance, business, economics, or a related field.Prior internship or work experience in finance, investor relations,preparing pitchbooks, forecasting, research, CRM. Fundraising experience is a plus.Knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and fundraising processes preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and industry research.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Strong organizational and execution skills.Team-oriented and highly collaborative personality.
