Designation: Associate/Senior Associate

Location: Chennai/Hybrid



Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing investor presentations, reports, and other materials for investor meetings and conferences.
  • Conduct research on existing and potential investors to support investor targeting and relationship management.
  • Help manage investor communications, including responding to investor inquiries and requests for information.
  • Assist in organizing investor events, roadshows, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant financial and operational data for investor reporting purposes.
  • Support the fundraising process, including drafting pitch decks, investment memorandums, and due diligence materials.
  • Maintain investor databases and ensure accuracy of investor information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide insights for investor.


Background/Experience

  • Bachelor's or Higher Degree(s) in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
  • Prior internship or work experience in finance, investor relations,preparing pitchbooks, forecasting, research, CRM. Fundraising experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and fundraising processes preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and industry research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills.
  • Team-oriented and highly collaborative personality.
