- Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred.
- Experience:
- 2 + years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or related analytics.
- Proven track record of working with supply chain stakeholders and providing data-driven insights for key decision making.
- Technical Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis utilizing different analytical tools.
- Advanced Excel skills, including macros and complex formulas.
- Proven experience working with data or Business Intelligence teams.
- Experience with supply chain management software (Logility, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) is a plus.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Power BI is a plus.
- Understanding of ERP systems is a plus.
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze datasets and identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Experience with predictive modeling and statistical analysis is a plus.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at various levels.

- Certifications (preferred but not required):
- Certifications such as APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional).
