Job Title: Ecommerce Supply Chain Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at Six10 Ventures. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily function of our inventory movements, warehousing, and shipments across a portfolio of ecommerce brands.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor stock levels across 200+ SKUs and 7 different consumer brands
* Create Amazon FBA inbound shipments to ensure we never stock out on Amazon
* Communicate with internal warehouses to ensure seamless and accurate movement of inventory from our manufacturers to warehouses
* Monitor all sales portals to ensure all customer shipments have gone out on time
* Make quick and impactful inventory-related decisions using data provided by our analytics team
* Provide clear and concise insights to management on a daily basis to help them quickly action

General Key Responsibilities:

* Daily monitoring of orders being placed on different ecommerce shopping platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Chewy, and other online marketplaces
* Maintain a healthy relationship with our warehouse teams to ensure proper feeds of orders and ensure all orders are being fulfilled on time
* Play an integral part of the Supply Chain helping to ensure no stock-outs on any products/SKUs
* Manage and maintain detailed inventory reporting and communicating reports and findings with senior management regularly
* Maintain proper records and tracking for all Inventory movements
* Resolve issues on a real-time basis (e.g., Order fulfillment delays at the warehouse, Inventory stock issues, Orders from platforms not showing at the warehouse)
* Analyze data from past orders to find bottlenecks that may help in process improvement, cost reduction, and improving the efficiency of the overall supply chain
* Analyze shipping charges to predetermine which carrier to be used based on weights
* Oversee and manage all aspects as it pertains to the supply chain for our growing organization

Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Must have strong understanding of US marketplace and serving US or UK customer base
* 3+ years proven supply chain experience in the US or UK
* Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes such as inventory planning, supply chain analysis, safety stocks, reorder rates, lead times
* Attention to detail
* Creative, problem-solving
* Strategic and analytical mind
* Bachelor's degree
