We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Analyst with Scrum Master experience who can blend strong analytical capabilities with Agile leadership. This role demands an individual with a solid foundation in business analysis and hands-on experience (or certifications) as a Scrum Master to drive requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and Agile project delivery. The ideal candidate should be passionate about improving business processes and guiding Agile teams towards success.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and define business and functional requirements.
  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation including business cases, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
  • Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery aligned with business needs.
  • Identify areas for business improvement and propose innovative solutions.
  • Manage client communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain up-to-date, organised documentation accessible to all stakeholders.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Support Agile best practices and coach team members and stakeholders on Scrum principles.
  • Remove project impediments and ensure teams are focused, collaborative, and productive.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, self-organisation, and high performance.
  • Track team metrics like velocity and sprint burndown to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine product backlogs.
  • Drive Agile adoption within teams and across the organization when needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis concepts, tools, and documentation practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong client handling abilities.
  • Experience in business process modeling and documentation (e.g., MS Excel, Visio, Jira).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); experience working in Agile teams.
  • Team player with an ability to work independently and proactively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
