Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Post-Sales) with 6 months to 1.5 years of experience who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and documentation skills. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, preparing documentation, and coordinating between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution after sales closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the bridge between clients and technical teams post-sales.
  • Gather, analyze, and document client requirements in detail.
  • Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, and Use Case Diagrams.
  • Coordinate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure clear understanding of client expectations.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing queries and clarifying requirements.
  • Ensure all client communications, requirements, and changes are well-documented.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and workflow diagrams.
  • Support the smooth transition of projects from sales to delivery phase.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • 6 months – 1.5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in IT services).
  • Strong expertise in documentation (BRD, FRD, wireframes, user stories).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodology is a plus.

Good to Have

  • Experience in client interactions and requirement gathering.
  • Basic knowledge of project management or QA processes.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
