Customer Success Manager

Rejoins l’équipe commerciale d’un très bel éditeur SAAS international où la DATA & l’expérience client sont au centre du business
Objectifs :
• Comprendre les besoins et la vision des clients en charge
• Participer à la construction de feuille de route pour livrer cette vision
• Suivre la progression des étapes clefs des projets et les piloter
• Organiser avec l'équipe de Production la bonne attribution des tâches et des demandes clients aux collaborateurs
Mission s :
• Avoir une connaissance de la gestion de client et la transmettre aux membres de l’équipe
• Être le garant du bon fonctionnement des outils et de l’état des environnements de vos clients
• Travailler avec les autres membres de l’équipe production, les développeurs informatiques et les chefs de services pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus, proposer des modifications du système et concevoir des stratégies de gouvernance des données
• Travailler sur des projets et suivre leurs étapes
Profil
Profil recherché : >3 ans d'expérience en tant que CSM ou Account Manager, environnement SAAS & DATA
Toi : Ingénieur de formation ou diplômé d’École de commerce, tu as une vraie sensibilité pour la Tech & la DATA. Tu aimes avoir un pied dans le produit et l’autre chez le client pour le former et l’accompagner dans l’utilisation de la solution vendue. Tu maîtrises Jira, Excel et BDD.
Des compétences métier sur la réassurance/assurance et des connaissances financières seraient un plus.
Fluent in english, not afraid to talk with customers & team members abroad.

Package : 45-55k€ selon séniorité, statut cadre, 2 jours de TT/semaine après la période d’essai
