Job Description


  • Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to using our products and services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying client needs and recommending solutions.
  • Manage client relationships, fostering open communication and building trust
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client success
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving additional revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to help clients get the most out of our offerings.
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in , Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer success or account management role
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM software a plus
  • Deep understanding of the IT industry (a plus)
