Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for embedded hardware systems.

- Develop automated test scripts and frameworks for hardware testing.

- Perform hands-on testing, including functional, performance, regression, and stress testing.

- Collaborate with hardware and software development teams to identify and resolve issues.

- Document test procedures, results, and defects.

- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports and recommendations.

- Maintain and update testing environments and equipment.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Participate in design and code reviews to provide testability feedback.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in embedded systems testing or related field.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or similar.

- Experience with embedded system development tools and environments.

- Strong understanding of hardware design and embedded systems architecture.

- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools.

- Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART, CAN).

- Experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other diagnostic tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.

- Knowledge of safety-critical systems and standards (e.g., ISO 26262, DO-178C).

- Experience with RF testing and wireless communication technologies.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration (CI) tools.

- Certification in ISTQB or similar testing certifications.
