We are expanding our operations for our 2026 business vision and are looking for askilled Loan Processorwho is passionate about accuracy, service, and efficiency.Role OverviewWe are seeking aLoan Processorwith excellent attention to detail who can support our brokers from application to settlement. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth, compliant and timely processing of home loans, personal loans, refinances and asset finance applications.Key Responsibilities✔ Preparing loan applications (residential, personal and asset finance) ✔ Verifying income, financials, supporting documents & compliance checks ✔ Lodging applications through lender portals & Infynity CRM ✔ Managing application pipeline from submission to settlement ✔ Communicating with lenders, clients and brokers in a timely manner ✔ Ordering valuations, progress updates, pricing requests & escalations ✔ Ensuring all NCCP, BID and Finsure compliance requirements are met ✔ Maintaining accurate CRM records and documentation ✔ Supporting brokers with SLA updates and lender policy queriesWhat We’re Looking ForEssential: Minimum 1–2 years experience in mortgage/loan processing Strong understanding of lender requirements & policies Experience with CRM platforms (Infynity preferred) Excellent communication & organisational skills Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail Strong commitment to compliance and qualityHighly Regarded: Experience in asset finance or personal loans Exposure to Finsure ecosystem Ability to manage multiple files independentlyWhy Join SLAN Finance?✨ Work with a supportive, experienced and fast-growing team ✨ Exposure to a large broker network and diverse scenarios ✨ Strong internal training, mentoring & compliance support ✨ Clear processes, tools & systems for efficiency ✨ Long-term growth opportunities within our expanding organisationHow to ApplyIf this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please email your CV to:
