We’re Hiring: Loan Processor / Loan Officer Assistant – US Residential MortgageLocation: Remote (PAN India)Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)Experience: 5+ years in US Mortgage Operations (Processing / LOA / Pre-Underwriting)Salary: Based on ExperienceRole Overview:We are looking for experienced US Mortgage Processors to support Loan Officers in end-to-end file management—from borrower application to loan closing—ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:• Review borrower docs: Income, Assets, Credit, Appraisal, Title & Insurance• Order / track VOE, VOA, VOD, Appraisals & Title• Prepare files for Underwriting and Final Closing• Work in LOS platforms (Preferred: Encompass )• Maintain pipeline trackers & reporting• Coordinate with borrowers, title companies & internal teams• Support disclosures, compliance checks & closing schedulingRequired Qualifications:• 5+ years in US Mortgage Processing / LOA / Pre-UW• Strong knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA guidelines• Proficiency in Encompass / Calyx / ICE / LendingQB or similar LOS• Strong document validation and condition clearing skills• Excellent communication & attention to detailAbout Uniqonix IT Solutions:We provide Software Engineering, Mortgage Outsourcing & Consulting services to global clients.
