Specifications: Job Title – Senior Executive - Field Marketing  Location – Bangalore -  6 Days ( Field + Office ) Education - Any Graduate/ Postgraduate/ Masters Experience – 3 to 5 years Key Responsibilities: Responsible for creating new, innovative ideas & design campaigns to support the sales team in achieving store targets, doing Field Marketing Support with marketing activities for new store openings Working closely with the creative team to ensure best designs as per brand guidelines & objectives Creating marketing campaigns for stores to increase ASPD (Average sales per day), AWPD (Average walk-in per day), and APC (Average per check) Ensure that the brand activity leads to healthy commercial revenue for the company as well as stores Providing on time evaluation of marketing activity undertaken Track & monitor ROI, report on marketing spends and competitors analysis Delivery of all planned brand marketing activity on time, within budget while also working on ways to improve processes Working closely with purchase and suppliers to ensure minimal spends without hampering the goal of the activity. Co- ordinate with ops & sales team Key Skills: Strong communication, relationship building and management skills.  Self-motivated and results oriented.  Customer Relationship Management Distribution Management Local Store merchandising Time Management Strong implementation & execution skills
