Job Description Position – Senior Manager - BD Location – Bangalore ( Field + Remote ) 6 Days Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduation in Hotel Management preferred Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience Industry: QSR franchise chain, Real Estate industry or retail food chain Job Responsibility: Responsible for the opening of new stores (franchises) and competitive acquisitions in the designated territories/ states, especially untapped markets. To identify and develop brokers, real estate agents and investors for new franchises. Lead generation should be done by the position. Key Skills: Strong communication, relationship building and management skills Strong Negotiation Skills Self-motivated and results oriented Business Development Skills (Data Mining, Negotiation Skills) Customer Relationship Management Time Management Strong implementation & execution skills Should be willing to travel Extensively About Company: Graviss Foods Pvt Ltd (GFPL), A company under the Graviss Group is the Master Franchisee for Baskin Robbins brand in India and South Asia.
