2. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices and software.
3. Excellent communication skills, Problem-solving attitude, and, Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
4. Experience in handling the GeM portal.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or MBA in Sales & Marketing
2+ years' of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
