Business Development Specialist

Easy Source is looking for a Business Development Specialist to help us grow our business and build a Brand.

The Role

  • The Business Development Specialist at Easy Source will prepare a long-term strategic industry growth plan and clearly define the milestones and execute the plan in time bound manner to achieve the milestones.
  • Responsible for the B2B Sales at Easy Source
  • Conduct detailed market analysis of business opportunities, industry trends and dynamics, commercial probability, competitor analysis etc.
  • Identify and prioritize growth initiatives, and develop business strategy
  • Drive negotiations on development and business contracts with customers
  • Manage communication and alignment with senior internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation and inputs from various sources
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, lead and facilitate pitch logistics
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
  • Negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
  • Maintain and expand the brand presence through education, networking, events, and presentations etc.
  • Manage Digital Marketing Activities to promote inbound Sales Leads
