About the Role:The National Business Lead – Corporates will be responsible for driving corporate revenue growth across the hospital group through strategic tie-ups with corporates at the national level. The role will focus exclusively on developing, standardizing, and expanding corporate partnerships for employee health checks, wellness initiatives, and long-term engagement programs.By coordinating closely with unit-level sales and marketing teams, the incumbent will ensure consistency, scalability, and delivery excellence across all corporate accounts.Location: Narayana Health Corporate Office, Bommasandra, BengaluruQualifications: Postgraduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing (mandatory).Experience:12–15 years of experience in Healthcare Corporate/Institutional Sales with a proven record of managing national-level corporate and aggregator partnerships.Prior experience with hospitals, healthcare providers, wellness aggregators, or health-tech platforms is mandatory.Key Deliverables:1. Corporate Business DevelopmentDrive acquisition of new corporate clients and strategic national partnerships.Secure tie-ups for annual health checks, pre-employment checks, and wellness programs.Promote Aarogyam and Clinic offerings through synergistic cross-sell initiatives with insurance and wellness teams.Build strong CXO-level connects with CHROs, HR Heads, and Corporate Wellness Leaders.2.
