Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and Recruiting: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Utilize job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels to source candidates.
Job Posting and Advertising: Write and post job descriptions to various platforms, ensuring they are clear, engaging, and reflective of our company culture.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and assist with the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Candidate Assessment: Use appropriate assessment tools to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Candidate Experience: Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment metrics and reports as needed.
Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in talent acquisition to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Policy Making: Assist in policy making and implemetation of the new policies in the company.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in KPO/BPO industry.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Experience with social media and online recruitment tools.
