About the Role
Join the Experience team at Rishihood and embark on a transformative journey to establish a groundbreaking startup university. As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of Rishihood. Your responsibilities span from identifying critical focus areas to executing strategic financial plans. Reporting directly to the COO of Rishihood University, you will collaborate with leadership to craft efficient operations and processes, ensuring the seamless functioning of the Rishihood Experience.

Requirements

Qualifications: Qualified CA (Max 1st or 2nd attempt)/ MBA (Only from top 20 B school with Full-time M.B.A)- Experience: With 2+ years of progressive expertise across various roles, predominantly within startup environments- Proficiency: Strategic financial insight with a creative lens, recognizing the interconnectedness of marketing, operations, and learning experience design.- Relevant Industry Exposure: Customer-centric perspective to ensure that financial strategies are sound and aligned with the overarching mission of serving our clientele.
Location: Rishihood University, NCR of Delhi.
Expected CTC: Based on industry standards
