Sales Engineer Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies with a view to increase/sustain market share and profitability.
- Generates sales reports and forecasts
- Channel Management
- Key account management
- Analyses market trends and behaviours
- Maintains healthy working relationships with clients
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Managing the complete sales cycle from business development and customer acquisition to receipt of payments.
Sales Engineer Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in Electrical
- Proficient in MS Office and other sales management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong critical and analytical thinking abilities
- Working knowledge of market trends and behaviours
