You’ll work closely with both internal consultants and client teams, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate management, and client communication.Key Responsibilities- Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other digital channels.- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes.- Manage candidate pipelines using our CRM/ATS tools.- Support employer branding and job description creation.- Collaborate with senior recruiters to improve sourcing and outreach strategies.- Analyze hiring trends and share insights to strengthen client outcomes.Requirements- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing (agency or in-house).- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.- Excellent communication and coordination skills.- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities.- Interest in the business side of recruiting and startup ecosystems.
